**ALERT** This Company is a SCAM**
This page was intended to alert anyone living in the Hillsborough County, Orlando, or the Tampa area of "S&D Construction". This "company" was hired to build a screen house in the Hillsborough County area. Upon meeting with the contractor, Steve Roberts, they took our $1,950 deposit to "purchase materials." They failed to deliver the materials and labor for the job. We have been promised countless times that Steve Roberts would return our money, and each time there was a different excuse. They are operating out of a house in Lakeland (Walker Circle). We were asked to write the check out to his "wife" Lisa Roberts. This man is not a licensed contractor in Florida. Please be aware!
